Hi, I’m Stephanie Testa, co-founder of Pep-Talk, entrepreneur, wellness enthusiast, and total believer in helping people feel unstoppable from the inside out.I’ve spent years blending science, self-care, and strategy building businesses, communities, and now a movement centered around peptide education and empowerment. Pep-Talk was born from countless conversations with people who were curious about peptides but overwhelmed by the science. My mission? To make it simple, approachable, and inspiring — because optimizing your health shouldn’t feel intimidating.
Through Pep-Talk events and education, I help people connect the dots between longevity, performance, recovery, and real-life vitality. I’m not here to sell quick fixes I’m here to spark curiosity, encourage education, and celebrate results that come from informed, sustainable choices.
When I’m not hosting Pep-Talk parties or diving into the latest peptide research, you’ll find me leading my incredible F45 Chino Hills family, where strength, community, and mindset collide.

Hi, I’m Sirena the heart behind S&S Pep-Talk. As a full-time mom and fitness professional with over 15 years in the health industry, I understand how challenging it can be to balance wellness, family, and real life.My passion for health goes far beyond the gym. It’s about helping men and women feel truly alive again from the inside out. Through Pep-Talks, I educate others on the power of peptides and how small, intentional changes at the cellular level can create lasting transformation. I don’t believe in quick fixes; I believe in giving your body the right reminders to heal, balance, and thrive.
When I’m not focused on S&S, you can find me cheering on my kids at their sporting events, spending time with family, or getting involved in our community. Family is my foundation — it’s what fuels my drive to help others build healthier, happier lives.
In addition to S&S, I also own American Body Solution, a supplement line designed to support the body’s natural detox and restoration process. Together, both brands reflect my mission to help others reset, renew, and feel their absolute best inside and out.
